Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maintain the company refrigeration and ice systems in accordance with the Boiler & Pressure Vessel Act and Regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair in a safe, orderly, and timely manner
  • Operate and maintain refrigeration ammonia system
  • Be familiar with regulations of department of labour, pressure vessel branch

Requirements

  • knowledgeable working with ammonia and freon systems,
  • competent working with technical equipment and able to complete tasks independently
  • possess a minimum 3rd Class power engineering Certificate with work-related technical experience, or a Refrigeration ‘A’ ticket
  • Speak English
