It is noted that, although whenever and insofar as possible we have attempted to ensure that our partners and other organizations with which we deal respect privacy rights, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any organizations other than WGCi.

WGCi will only collect, use, and disclose personal and corporate information as required for the performance of our services, and all such occurrences will be agreed to in advance.

  • Details of the project, its purpose, its timelines, its requirements;
  • Details of the position, its purpose, its conditions, its requirements;

Information collected from candidates may include the following:

  • Resumes and information provided willingly by the candidate;
  • Interview and personal communication notes;
  • Information obtained through reference and background checks;
  • Educational, certification, and work records;
  • Drug and alcohol testing and results;
  • Contact information.

All information collected will be done so that WGCi may perform its services and fulfill its service promises and agreements to the best of its abilities. This includes:

  • Understanding the needs of clients and candidates;
  • Finding the best matches between clients and candidates and connecting the two;
  • Fulfill client and candidate requests for information about the other party;
  • To ensure the honesty and integrity of all candidates, clients, and WGCi.
  • To help improve our service.

The WGCi website also collects user-specific information regarding what web pages visitors access or visit, and may use cookies to keep track of activity on them as well as to deliver content specific to your file or interests or to save information entered to avoid having to re-enter. This information is never shared but is instead used to improve the content of our site or internal review and is discarded. Cookies may be disabled but doing so may limit one’s ability to access or use the site as intended. We do not review and are not responsible for any outside websites for which hyperlinks may exist on our webpage.

WGCi does not, and will not, engage in any unwarranted disclosure, trading, or selling of client or candidate information. While information may be shared with our partners or affiliates during the normal course of business, this will only be done so where necessary, in as much detail as necessary, and where agreed to by all parties, and only where the outside representative makes a promise to protect privacy.

WGCi will retain all information for a period of 10 years from the date the information is submitted, consent was last given, or the business relationship ends. All information may be requested at any time by any party or destroyed upon written request as soon as is practicable, subject to any legal and tax requirements.
We have staff policies and procedures in place to ensure all information collected in both paper and electronic formats is kept secure at all times.
