Requirements:

  • A strong knowledge of internet navigation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse company
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A Certificate of Conduct required
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm would be an asset
  • Deliver excellence in customer service when answering the phones for our clients
  • Use proper telephone etiquette and embracing the companies core values

You will have the ability to work days, evenings and weekend shifts

 

Education

  • Customer Service: 1 year
  • High school or equivalent
  • Bilingual an asset
