Job Description

Work Global Canada Inc. ("WGCi") is seeking an efficient, organized and responsible self-starter Immigration Consultant at our Sherbrook, Quebec location. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position offers a fast-paced, detail-oriented role supporting foreign nationals


  • Regulatory Support with respect to all immigration matters
  • Providing world class customer service
  • Assemble and submit applications to relevant government agencies
  • Process Study Permits, Temporary Resident Visas, Visitor Visa, Work Permits,
  • Employer Portal processing and management
  • Research and assisting partners and team members
  • Knowledgeable on current immigration changes
  • Requesting and reviewing documentation
  • Submit, monitor, track and report on all filed applications
  • Coordinate and execute requests as instructed by the VP of Operations


  • ICCRC-registered as a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant;
  • An individual who demonstrates sound knowledge of the eligibility requirements and criteria for permanent and temporary immigration programs;
  • The ability to think constructively and outside the box to provide prospective clients with all possible options for their situation as there are often multiple pathways to success;
  • Compassionate and motivated team player
  • Must be a team player, in order to succeed in this firm of skilled individuals;
  • Strong ability to listen, empathize, build rapport and connect with prospective clients;
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must demonstrate understanding and success in the immigration process and ability to successfully close a case file.

  • Immigration consulting: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Bilingual Mandatory (French/ English
  • Candidates should provide a copy of their ICCRC final examination grades to assist in demonstrating their knowledge of the subject matter
