Responsibilities
Kitchen Duties:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.

Inspect kitchen and food service areas for safety and hygiene.

Manage food supplies and requisition items as needed.
Housekeeping Support:

Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties as required to maintain guest rooms and common areas.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in professional cooking is required. Experience in housekeeping or general maintenance is an asset.

Personal Suitability: Team player, excellent time management, and a strong work ethic.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle long workdays, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Work Setting: On-site (Restaurant and Inn).
