We are currently seeking a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator (Sales) to join our growing team.
Job Overview
The Business Development Coordinator (Sales) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with employers and clients, promoting the company’s recruitment and immigration services, and supporting business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will identify prospective clients, prepare proposals, coordinate sales activities, and work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Canada.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, business partners, and prospective clients.
- Promote Work Global Canada Inc.’s recruitment, immigration, and workforce solutions.
- Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.
- Conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver customized service proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate service agreements within company policies.
Billing & Client Accounts
- Prepare invoices, receipts, statements of account, and sales orders.
- Calculate and apply appropriate service fees.
- Maintain and update client financial records.
- Monitor outstanding balances and refund lists.
- Provide clients with statements of account as required.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with employers and business partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries.
- Understand client workforce needs and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Sales Administration
- Prepare contracts, service agreements, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records using company databases and CRM systems.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Maintain confidential business and client information.
Marketing & Business Promotion
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, business expos, and community events.
- Promote company services through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and branding initiatives.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Immigration, Finance, and Administration departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and client onboarding.
- Participate in management meetings and provide updates on business development activities.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve client acquisition and retention.
Office Administration
- Respond professionally to telephone and email inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and client appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes when required.
- Maintain organized electronic and manual filing systems.
Business Planning & Performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand company services and market presence.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Sales
- Commerce
- Related field
Experience
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client relations.
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Windows
- Experience using CRM software is considered an asset.
